Scotty Hightower Bass (DHS '66) sent me these clippings from The Fort Bend Mirror. They show her sister Tuta (DHS '71) crowned Relay Queen by Herb Shelton. The two pricesses were Patti Scotten and Kim Ulrich (both DHS '71).
