Bill Williams, Houston Restauranteur & Capon King

 

A group of local residents & former residents were discussing Bill Williams Restaurants on Facebook recently.  Donna Christopher Baker (DHS '63) posted this picture of the man himself posing with his championship fryers in 1969.  I recall his restaurants in Houston and, of course, the one in Richmond.
