The following picture shows from left to right Homer Spear, Tommy Laird, David Neal, and Jock Miner at the Minor family home sometime around 1967, I think. Tommy and David have just become Eagle Scouts. Homer and Jock were leaders of Boy Scout Troop 148, Sugar Land's oldest Boy Scout Troop. Thank you for sharing this picture of my Dad! He loved all his scouts and still today speaks of all his scouts with fond memories.
