(Update) This article on the reunion appeared in the July 7th issue of The Sugar Land Sun.
Friends & alumni of Sugar Land High School met at The River Bend Country Club on June 24th for a 'mini reunion'. It was a sort of a spontaneous event because planning began in the first week of June. Several out-of-towners attended: B. I. Webb, Ray Barton, Ron & Trinka Miller, Tim Husbands, Kenneth & Gloria Ross Hall, Thomas Fonville, Barbara Burns McKinney, Betty Parker Prasatik, Jon & BJ Binford Pitts, and Frank Rogers. I hope I didn't leave anyone out. B.I. & his wife Charlotte drove from South Carolina, so they won a prize for traveling the farthest. (Leon Anhaiser kindly contributed the prize.)
Oral historians from the Fort Bend County Historical Commission attended & recorded interviews. The following pictures (contributed by Diane Ware) show a few interviews & interviewees.

The 3rd is of Billie & Buddy Blair talking to Pat Pollicoff. Trinka Helmcamp Miller is in the final picture. I haven't talked with the historians, but I've heard they recorded 26 informative interviews.
